No, you don't need to create an account manually. When you make a purchase, an account is automatically created and linked to your email. Your contact details and shipping addresses are stored here. Once we receive your order, our team takes up to two business days to verify its availability, prepare the products, and carefully package them. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

In Italy, delivery takes 24 to 48 hours.

A return request can be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Each request is evaluated individually, and if approved, service fees will apply, calculated based on the product and initial shipping costs.

Option A – Customer-paid shipping: The customer arranges the return shipment independently after the return is approved.

Option B – Matisse Design Iconico-paid shipping: The customer receives a return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
