Shipping & Returns
Once an order for available products has been placed, no modifications can be made to it. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. Matisse Design Iconico reserves the right to refuse the processing of an order or service at any time.
Shipping
Matisse Design Iconico ships via TNT in Italy and via FedEx in Europe.
Upon receipt of the order, a handling time of two business days is required to verify the availability of items, prepare the products, and package them with utmost care.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be handled starting from the following Monday.
Matisse Design Iconico is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier as per the indicated procedures.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, customers will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the shipment's progress via the courier's website or the provided link.

Receipt and Claims
In case of a tampered package, it is necessary to sign with reservation; otherwise, the delivery will be considered accepted, and no claims will be processed.
Failed Delivery
By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial relationship with Matisse Design Iconico and agrees to accept the delivery. If a package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect/incomplete address or phone number, recipient unavailable) or in case of refusal of delivery, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense, including shipping costs and any customs duties. These costs will be deducted from the refund.

Returns
Returns are allowed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with applicable regulations. Matisse Design Iconico ensures a clear and transparent return process. However, each request will be individually evaluated, considering the reasons provided. Matisse Design Iconico reserves the right to deny a return request if it does not meet the established criteria or is not adequately justified.
As Matisse Design Iconico offers free shipping, a service fee will be applied in case of returns, which will be deducted from the refundable amount. These fees are calculated based on the type of product, its size and weight, as well as the initial shipping costs incurred by the company. Such service fees will be communicated to the customer at the time the return request is received.
How to Request a Return
A return can be requested by following one of the two options below:
Option A: Shipping Organized by the Customer
The customer submits a return request via the contact form, providing the reasons for the return.
Matisse Design Iconico evaluates the request and, if approved, informs the customer.
The customer organizes the return shipment independently using their own courier.
Once the product is received and verified, Matisse Design Iconico refunds the amount, deducting the service fees previously mentioned.
Option B: Shipping Organized by Matisse Design Iconico
The customer submits a return request via the contact form, providing the reasons for the return.
Matisse Design Iconico evaluates the request and, if approved, sends the customer a return shipping label via email.
The customer uses the provided label to return the product.
Once the product is received and verified, Matisse Design Iconico refunds the amount, deducting both the return shipping cost and the service fees previously mentioned.
Important Note:
In any case, it is essential to securely package the product and return it in the same condition in which it was received. This ensures that the return is accepted and processed correctly.
Failure to comply with the principles specified in this policy will render the right of withdrawal inapplicable.
